The Wednesday class is an extension to Monday (181MON04) class. We work on different muscle chains aiming into improving strength endurance flexibility balance and proper breathing. Classes work out always include ways of coping with body changes due to ageing or individual needs.
After the class we enjoy a friendly coffee break.
