DESCRIPTION: This Taichi class is conducted by a new tutor to Whittlesea U3A with over 15 years experience teaching the subject. Taichi is a form of exercise whereby a sequence of movements are performed slowly in a flowing relaxing manner. This class will cover warm ups, Qigong, 10 forms Yang style Taichi and cool down exercise. This class is for beginners.
