LOCATION: Mernda Social Support Centre, 70 Mernda Village Drive Mernda DESCRIPTION: This program, will be conducted by a qualified Dietitian from DPV Health or a qualified chef. During the sessions participants will cook/watch a cooking demonstration that will provide them with a 2 course meal – either entre and main or main and dessert. The dietitian will also provide participants with dietary information on cooking nutritious meals, shopping etc. The cost of the class is $10 which is collected at the beginning of each session.
