REQUIREMENTS: Wear Comfortable clothing, Bring a Yoga Mat, Yoga Block, Yoga Bell, pillows and blankets if needed & Water Bottle.
AIM: To explore and learn about yoga and its benefits on all levels of being. Promotes general health and wellbeing through the regular practice of a range of many different techniques, including postures and movement, breath awareness and breathing exercises, relaxation and concentration, self inquiry and meditation.
